About Maggie

I started Crown because I believe your finances should make sense to you — not just to your accountant.

After years working in public accounting and preparing hundreds of individual and business tax returns each year, I saw how often people felt disconnected from their own numbers. They knew what they earned, but not always where it went. They filed their taxes, but didn't necessarily understand them. And small business owners were often making important decisions without having a clear picture of what their numbers were actually telling them.

I wanted to build something different.

Crown Private Advisory combines the technical side of accounting with a more personal, practical approach. My goal is to help clients understand their finances, stay organized throughout the year, and make better-informed decisions — whether that means preparing a tax return, cleaning up the books, building a financial system, or figuring out what comes next for a growing business.

My background is in accounting, management, and international studies, and I'm a QuickBooks Certified ProAdvisor. But more than anything, I'm a numbers person who believes the numbers should tell you a story — and that you deserve to understand what they're saying.
